AN EARLY MEDIAEVAL ALLIANCE

THE LION ROARS!

Who are we?

FOUNDERS

The Alliance first came into being from the ideas of several people who had been in re-enactment for many years.  The Founder Member groups were Crimdon Sword & Shield, Harlech Medieval Society and The Swords of Albion.

The Alliance is a non-political, non-religious organization with the principal aim to be able to promote life in the Early Middle Ages, in particular the period between 1130 and 1400 AD; To be able to share knowledge and experience with all groups within the Alliance and to help each other in whatever way possible; For all groups to be able to gather together and have fun, and to be able to entertain the public in a professional manner.
