How does my Society Join the EMA …?

On the “contacts” page you will find our Membership Secretary’s details, just contact him by e-mail or phone and a membership pack will be forwarded to you.  The annual fees at the moment are £16 for Societies with less than15  members, £31 for Societies with 15 or more members.

Where can I find details of individual Societies

Some of our members have their own web pages with contact details.  If you can not find the one that you want, contact our Membership Secretary or  Chairperson who will be able to give you a contact name and phone number.

Why doesn’t the EMA arrange more events…?

We are not primarily an Event organizer.  We are there as a back up to our members, to offer assistance, advice and, if required extra “bodies” for their own events.  We would advise anyone thinking of putting on a large event to contact a member society nearest to their venue.  It is a lot easier to organize events if the people concerned are within easy reach of each other.  That Society would then act as Host for the event with the EMA’s Event Co-ordinator  and other officers assisting in the organization, publicity, Health & Safety details etc as required.  The EMA does have its own public liability insurance which covers all member societies at this type of show which is classed as an EMA event.

Who is who…?

The Contact page has details of all officers of the EMa

When is …?

Our events page gives details of those shows to which all the member societies are invited.
