The AGM was held on 3rd March 2007.  New officers were elected but as the AGM was poorly attended a Quorum was not reached.  Therefore the new officers are acting on an interim basis.  It is proposed to hold an EGM at the end of the Season to ratify the new officers.  It is then proposed that the AGM will move to the end of the Season instead of the beginning.  

 

Membership Renewal forms are in the process of being updated and will be e-mailed to all Societies within the next 2 weeks.   Those Societies who do not have e-mail facilities will receive their renewal forms in the post.

 

Societies wishing to join the EMA should email the Membership Secretary (stoon@stoon.karro.co.uk) and application forms will be forwarded to them.
